We know how important it is to feel safe in your own home. The Queensland Government Home Assist Secure program provides financial assistance to older Australians and people with a disability to keep you safe and secure.
We deliver this important program on behalf of the Government in the Toowoomba region. If you receive an age or disability pension, you may be eligible to receive financial assistance to install, repair and maintain a range of security devices such as:
- security doors and screens
- smoke alarms
- outdoor sensor lights
- door and window locks
- and more

What do I receive?
Eligible clients receive $500 per annum financial assistance towards the labour cost. All materials are covered by you.
What type of work is covered?
We install, repair and maintain a range of security devices to keep you safe and secure around the home such as security doors, smoke alarms, sensor lights and locks.
Who will do the work?
Depending on where you live, you will be looked after by either our YellowBridge Home Services team or one of our approved contractors in your local area.
