Christmas is a special time of the year filled with love and joy. Sadly, this is not the case for some people who will spend Christmas alone or are unable to afford the type of food and treats that make this time of year so special.
We hope to change this with your help.
Each year we aim to fill 300 yellow buckets with special Christmas food and gift them to local people who are chosen based on their known need. We then prepare the gift buckets and hand deliver them before Christmas day.
Donate non-perishable Christmas food that is special/gourmet (such as: boxed or packaged chocolates, nuts, cake/pudding, Christmas sweets, jams and preserves, special crackers and biscuits, Christmas accessories (e.g. napkins) etc.
Food donations can be delivered to our YellowBridge offices in Toowoomba at 879 Ruthven Street or 46 Hill Street.
All cash donations are gratefully received. They will be used to purchase suitable items. The buckets of joy will then be hand delivered before Christmas Day to people who we know are in most need.
