Caroline Browne

Caroline Brown


Carolyn joined the YellowBridge Board in 2013 and was appointed Deputy Chair in 2014 and Chair in 2015. She is a former Community Resource Officer with Disability Services Queensland and Principal Public Trust Officer with the Public Trustee Queensland. She is the Founder of Time Made, a professional lifestyle and personal concierge service based in Toowoomba.

Lisa King

Lisa King


Lisa has over 10 years experience in the areas of health promotion, education, clinic management and graphic design. She has held roles with Darling Downs South West Queensland Medicare Local, GP Connections, RHealth, and Queensland Health. She is the Director of Crunch Practice Solutions, providing business support to allied health and general practices. She joined the Board in 2014 because she wanted to ‘give back’.

Tim McGowan

Tim McGowan


Tim has 35 years experience as a legal professional in the Toowoomba region. He is currently Legal Counsel for construction and engineering firm, FKG Group. He is a former Legal Counsel for Wagners and Partner with Shine Roche McGowan. He is a member of the Queensland Law Society. Tim joined the YellowBridge Board in 2015 to make a positive contribution to his local community.

Tom Haydock

Tom Haydock


Tom was educated in Toowoomba and today is the Owner and Director of Toowoomba-based building company, Lavish Constructions. He joined the Board in 2015 because he was impressed by the passion the YellowBridge team had for helping others. He wanted to assist in any way and contribute to the organisation’s important work.

Dominika Ryan

Dominika Ryan


Dominika has over 15 years of experience providing accounting and audit services for ASX-listed, private, not-for-profit and government entities. Dominika is currently a Sector Director at the Victorian Auditor-General’s Office, specialising in the health sector. Her experience also spans across the housing, defence, energy, transport, travel, local government, education, and agribusiness sectors. Dominika is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand. She joined the YellowBridge Board in 2021.
